2024 Adult Thanksgiving Day Soccer

6:30am to Noon

Thanksgiving Day

Cost $35 per player

Games Played WAA Sports Center at 2323 Liberty Street, Aurora

5 teams of 12 players each - 60 player max

Registration is on a “first come, first served” basis.

If you sign up to participate, please plan on participating for the entire morning

The Thanksgiving program is intended to be open to all regular participants in the WAA Adult Soccer Program. This not only includes players currently signed up for the Winter Program, but also those who participate in the Fall and Spring Leagues. Individuals not involved in WAA Adult Soccer Program will only be considered as required to fill out the rosters after the November 20th. Please contact the WAA office 630-978-2855 to placed on the Waitlist for non WAA Adult Soccer Participants.

The schedule with team rosters will be emailed to each participant.

2024-2025 Adult Winter Soccer Leagues

The WAA Winter Adult Soccer Program consists of various recreational leagues. All leagues are age based and open to both men and women. Teams are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals are assigned to teams for the current session. Special requests are considered, but not guaranteed.

Monday Night League - 12 week session for players 21 and over by the start of the session.

Saturday Morning League - 12 week session for players 21 and over by the start of the session.

Players can play in both leagues! Both leagues include:

One hour games, 7 v 7, Played at WAA Sports Center (2323 Liberty St, Aurora)

Monday Night League - 12 Game Session

Game Times 7:30, 8:30, 9:30pm

Start Date October 14th - December 30th

Saturday Morning League - 12 Game Session

Game Times 6:45am and 7:45 am

Start Date October 12th - Last game December 28th

2025 Adult Winter 2 -

Monday Evening League - 12 Game Session

Game Times 7:30, 8:30, 9:30pm

Start Date January 6th- Last game March 24th

Saturday Morning League - 12 Game Session

Game Times 6:45 am and 7:45 am

Start Date January 4th- Last game March 22nd

Fees can be prorated for mid-session registrations IF we have roster spots available. Players that are not registered may be accessed an additional fee.

WAA Adult Soccer

Registration open to all individuals 21 years old and older.
All indoor games will be played at the WAA Sports Center, 2323 Liberty St., Aurora, IL 60502
All players will need the WAA Adult Soccer Jerseys ( 1 Green and 1 Yellow) available for purchase at the WAA Sports Center for $27 for both shirts.

WAA Adult Leagues and Programs - Individual or Team Registration

The WAA Adult Soccer Program consists of various recreational adult indoor and outdoor soccer leagues, tournaments and programs. All programs are age based and open to both men and women. Teams are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals are assigned to teams for the current session. Special requests are considered, but not guaranteed.

Monday Night Indoor League - 12 week sessions. Players must be over the age of 21 by the start of the session. Games are played at the WAA Sports Center, 2323 Liberty Street, Aurora and game times are 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30pm (November to April) and 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 (April to October). Specific questions should be directed to Joe Herron at [email protected].

Saturday Morning Indoor League - 12 week sessions for players over the age of 21 by the start of the session. Games are played at the WAA Sports Center, 2323 Liberty Street, Aurora and game times are 7:00am and 8:00am. Specific questions should be directed to Jason Beiler at [email protected]

Other Indoor Leagues - Team registration for Indoor Men's, Women's and High School leagues. Additional Information on right. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Saturday Morning Outdoor - 10 week sessions for players over the age of 21 by the start of the session. Games are played at Springbrook Church. Sessions begin in April and August. Game times are 7:30 & 9:00am Saturday mornings. Specific questions should be directed to Jason Beiler at [email protected]

Sunday Morning Outdoor - The Sunday Adult Coed League consists of Recreational Soccer players, men and women. Team registrations and free agent registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. League will play on Sunday mornings. Teams must have a minimum of 3 women on the field per team.

Equipment

WAA Adult Rec green and yellow shirts are available at the WAA Sports Center for $27 for the pair of shirts.
For indoor games at the WAA Sports Center, only indoor soccer shoes or turf shoes are allowed. NO CLEATS.

Half Century Club

The Half Century Club provides a year round opportunity for men age 45+ to play soccer in an environment that promotes enjoyment of the game while reducing the risk of injury. We provide a wide range of soccer playing opportunities to support many different levels of skill and fitness.

The HCC plays on Sunday’s; outdoors from April through October and indoors at 2323 Liberty Street in Aurora from mid-October through mid-April. For more information please contact Rick Warren.
